Qualifications

• Weekends are a MUST, especially during busy season (Mid March - September).
• Attention to detail - quick to notice cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas to the standard cleanliness required within time limits.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Follow cleaner checklist.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition.
• Report on any shortages, damages or security/safety issues.
• Remove any open food items/beverages left by previous guests and/or office personnel.
• Check all areas of home for left behind, damaged and/or dirty items.
• Uphold and follow a pristine standard in our luxury rental homes and office buildings.
• Maintain good working relationships with managers and coworkers.
• Ensure assigned homes are cleaned and properly set for guest arrival.
• Communicate needs noted during cleans and guest issues with needed departments.
• Maintain facility daily inside and out (trash, mopping, dusting).
• Ensure supplies are stocked in both office facilities.
• Weekly deep clean of common areas.
• Wash and process laundry.
• Prepare linen bags and amenities for upcoming cleans.
• Maintain organization of the linens for each rental home.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

The position of Luxury Rentals Cleaner will be responsible for assigned rental homes, office facilities and laundry. Luxury Rentals Cleaners will ensure that all assigned homes and office facilities meet and/or exceed appearance and cleanliness standards as set by Holiday Beach Companies.

• Attention to detail - quick to notice cleanliness

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to walk up multiple flights of stairs
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds - able to carry items from vehicle into the home and upstairs if needed.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A LUXURY RENTALS CLEANER

This position is part-time and would work2-3 days per week Friday through Sunday.

Must be able to work weekends.
