DEPARTMENT: St. John’s United/ActivitiesPOSITION TITLE: Shuttle Bus/Van Driver LeadRESPONSIBLE TO: Community Engagement DirectorEXPOSURE LEVEL: Level IIEXEMPTION STATUS: Non-exempt____________________________________________________________________________________SUMMARY:This position provides safe transportation of residents and staff members to designated sites.This position will oversee vehicle maintenance for all vehicles providing transportation; scheduling service, tires, and repairs. In addition this role will have the responsibility of training new hire drivers.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION: Transportation• Safely transports residents and staff members to designated sites.• Takes prescriptions from the Pharmacy to other SJU campuses as needed and available• Performs other duties as assigned by Community Engagement Director when down time occurs.
