Job summary

Vivalon in Fairfield, CA is hiring Shuttle Bus Operators to provide safe, friendly transportation for community members, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Starting at $26/hour, the role includes paid training, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to serve neighbors while upholding a respected nonprofit culture.

Qualifications

• Valid California CDL is required.
• Ability to complete all paid training with full attendance.
• Ability to obtain a VDDP Certificate and Passenger Endorsement within 8 weeks of hire.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to kneel, bend, secure wheelchairs, and assist passengers as needed.
• One professional reference.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screening, and comply with federally required random testing.

What You'll Do

As a Shuttle Bus Operator, you'll provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation while creating a positive experience for every passenger. You'll play an important role in helping individuals stay connected to their communities, appointments, and daily activities.
