Job summary

Agemark's Holland Farms Senior Living in Norwalk, IA is seeking an On-Call Shuttle Bus Driver. You will safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and community events, assist with boarding, and ensure comfort throughout each trip.

This role requires a valid CDL Class B with passenger endorsement preferred, a clean driving record, and the ability to work an on-call schedule. You will join an EPIC team that values residents’ safety and connection.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and events.
• Assist residents getting in and out of the vehicle as needed.
• Keep residents safe and comfortable during each trip.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness for trips.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents, families, and staff.
• Follow all driving and passenger safety requirements.
• Complete basic vehicle inspections and keep documentation current.
• Support other areas of the community as needed.

At Holland Farms Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, our Shuttle Bus Drivers help residents safely get where they need to go while making every trip comfortable and enjoyable.

We’re looking for an On-Call Shuttle Bus Driver who is dependable, safety-minded, and enjoys helping others.

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and community events
• Assist residents getting in and out of the vehicle as needed
• Help ensure residents are safe and comfortable throughout each trip
• Keep the community vehicle clean, organized, and ready to go
• Provide friendly and professional service to residents, families, and team members
• Follow all applicable driving and passenger safety requirements
• Complete basic vehicle inspections and help keep required documentation current
• Support other areas of the community as needed

Who You Are

• Hold a valid CDL with a Class B endorsement; passenger endorsement preferred
• Have a clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety
