Qualifications

• Valid CDL license required for driving a shuttle bus.
• Passenger (P) endorsement required.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Experience in passenger transport or school/charter buses preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle buses safely and efficiently according to routes and schedules.
• Transport passengers to designated locations in a professional manner.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicle clean, fueled, and in safe operating condition.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting as needed.
• Follow traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain trip logs, mileage records, and incident reports.
• Report accidents or delays to management promptly.
• Communicate with passengers, school personnel, dispatchers, and supervisors.
• Represent Mason Security professionally at all times.
