Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to safeguard inventory and minimize loss across our Las Vegas location. You will partner with security staff and cross-functional teams to implement shrink reduction programs, conduct risk assessments, and use data-driven insights to protect fans and ensure accurate fulfillment.

As part of a team led by the Senior Loss Prevention Specialist, you will drive safety, respond to incidents, and promote a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting risk assessments and monitoring CCTV and exception reporting data.
• Ability to foster shrink awareness and accountability across a site.
• Collaborate with operations and human resources on shrink reduction strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Loss Prevention Specialist on site investigations and shrink initiatives.
• Manage security staff and ensure consistent loss prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and other support teams to align shrink reduction strategies.
• Protect inventory integrity and ensure accurate order fulfillment for fans.
• Maintain safety by identifying and escalating potential safety concerns or threats.
• Leverage CCTV and data reports to identify risks and drive improvements.
