Job summary

The role focuses on using CCTV and exception reports to detect shrink, partnering with site leaders and operations to implement prevention programs, and supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience in loss prevention within a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment environment.
• Proficient with CCTV systems and exception reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interface with site leaders.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Loss Prevention Specialist on site investigations.
• Manage and coordinate security staff across the network.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and support teams to reduce shrink.
• Verify inventory integrity to support accurate fulfillment.
• Identify safety concerns and escalate as needed.
• Assist with network-wide projects to improve security programs.
• Monitor activity with CCTV and exception reports for anomalies.
• Respond decisively to crisis situations and maintain composure.
