Qualifications

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methods (Gemba, 6S, Kaizen).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily department activities to meet schedules and KPIs.
• Provide direction to supervisors and associates in delegated areas.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and spare-parts availability.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and Customer Service to meet specs.
• Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
