American Fuji Seal in Bardstown, KY is seeking a Shrink Assistant Print Manager to help lead the Shrink Print Department in a safe, compliant, high‑quality operation. You will coordinate daily activities, guide supervisors, and ensure production schedules meet customer requirements.

You will monitor KPIs, participate in safety, 6S, and continuous improvement programs, and collaborate with QA, Customer Service, and Engineering to resolve issues and drive performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred with industry exposure.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and driving performance metrics.
• Familiarity with Gemba, 6S and Kaizen continuous-improvement practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day direction to supervisors and associates within delegated authority.
• Coordinate safety, 6S, and compliance activities across the Shrink Print Department.
• Monitor staffing, equipment utilization, and departmental KPIs; report results and drive corrective actions.
• Assist in capital projects, maintenance planning, and cost management.
• Collaborate with QA, Customer Service, and Engineering to meet customer specs.
