Job summary

WM is seeking a Shredding Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to receive, segregate and load wastepaper into a shredder and to support various warehouse tasks. The role includes coordinating truck parking for the next day and contributing to a safe, collaborative work environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and forklift certification/experience. Benefits cover medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 1 year experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• 6 months experience as a certified forklift driver or related maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Unload shredded paper, media and product from trucks nightly.
• Operate and maintain baling machinery at the branch.
• Ensure paper bales are staged or loaded for shipment as required.
• Perform shredding operations in support of off-site shredding programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow security procedures.
