The Shredding Technician is responsible for providing industry leading levels of service to our clients by aiding Drivers and Lead Drivers in taking care of all customer document destruction needs. The integrity of every Shredding Technician is essential to maintaining goodwill and building new bonds of trust with our clients. The Shredding Technician is a member of the Operations team and plays an integral role as the face of WM Healthcare Solutions (WMHS). The Shredding Technician maintains WMHS policies, standards, and practices and ensures adherence to WMHS's Vision, Mission and Values.

Field: This job operates in both inside garage, shop or gas plant conditions as well as in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity.
This role is designated as safety sensitive and will require the successful candidate to strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols. Pay: The expected base pay for this on‑site position is $21.00. This represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
