Schreiber Foods in the United States is seeking a manufacturing operator for the cheese lines on the Gray Nights 12-hour shift (6:00pm–6:00am). You will supply lines with cheese, cut to length and style, and inspect products to maintain quality and reliability while supporting teammates to maximize production efficiencies.
You will follow SOPs and visual work instructions, perform PCP and CCP checks, and participate in Food Safety programs.
Supply the various lines with a sufficient supply of cheese to prevent downtime. Responsible for cutting cheese to proper length and style. Tests & inspects products at various stages of production process & compiles & evaluates statistical data to determine & maintain quality & reliability of products. The operator is expected to work with and assist other operators to maximize production efficiencies.
Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand and execute standard operating procedures and visual work instruction relative to position. Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages by contacting TA/TL.
