Job summary

Schreiber Foods in Monett, MO is seeking a Part Time General Plant Production/General Labor to support multiple areas, including casing, cook room, clean & grind, and other line tasks as needed.

This role may require overtime and weekend work; night premium and longevity pay apply. Eligible partners receive retirement benefits through ESOP and a 8% 401(k) match, plus PTO from day one.

Schreiber emphasizes teamwork, safety and the ability to follow instructions while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma – G.E.D.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to sort slices and peel rejects as needed.
• Must have the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with others.
• Must have desire and ability to work well with others and be a team player.

What you’ll do

• This position could be available anytime lines or shifts are working. This includes daily/weekend overtime as needed.

Physical Demands

Wages ranging from $18.51 - $21.94

Night premium $1.50

Longevity pay $0.50-$1.00
