Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking an on-call Barista to support Starbucks at New York New York, with potential shifts at 48th & Crepe. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages, and ensure fast, friendly service in a high-volume setting.

Applicants should be 18+ and have 1+ year of food-handling experience; coffee shop exposure is a plus. The role offers performance-driven hours and the chance to join a dynamic entertainment-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of prior experience as a food handler in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Prior experience in a coffee shop or similar fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and place orders and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately.
• Collect money following cash handling procedures.
• Maintain front and back of house cleanliness and dining area.
• Pack and complete orders per guests’ preferences.
• Label and date products per safety procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties based on shift.
• Stock and replenish products in workstations and counters.
• Resolve guest complaints within authority or refer to management.
