Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking an on-call Lead Barista for the Park MGM Starbucks in Las Vegas. You will lead a shift, prepare beverages, maintain cafe cleanliness, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires 1+ year of cafe experience, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to coach a team of 3–12 colleagues. The starting rate is 17.209 per hour with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume cafe/coffee operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train a shift of approximately 3–12 employees.
• Prepare and serve beverages and menu items with attention to quality and presentation.
• Resolve guest concerns within scope of authority and escalate as needed.
• Take, prepare, and serve food and beverage orders with garnishes as applicable.
• Package and complete orders per guest preferences and condiments.
• Perform opening and closing duties as scheduled.
• Receive deliveries, stock inventory, and replenish supplies.
