Showrunner / Senior Producer, B2B Livestreams

Remote (must be based in the United States to qualify)

40 hours per week, W2 Contract through the end of the year

Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Showrunner / Senior Producer to lead B2B livestream programming from concept development through post-production. This individual will serve as the primary owner of the livestream function, overseeing creative strategy, story development, production execution, talent coaching, and content repurposing. The ideal candidate combines strong editorial instincts with hands‑on production expertise and can create engaging, narrative-driven content that resonates with professional audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of B2B livestreams and related video content, including ideation, pre‑production, scripting, production, and post‑production.
• Conduct research and background interviews with subject matter experts to uncover compelling stories and shape content narratives.
• Develop scripts, host talking points, voice‑over copy, and other production materials.
• Coach and direct on‑camera talent, including executives, internal experts, and guest speakers.
• Oversee editing, cutdowns, and repurposing of livestream content into short‑form and social media assets.
• Create and maintain production calendars, run‑of‑show documents, workflows, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional marketing teams to support promotion and audience engagement efforts.
• Assist in scaling the livestream production function by identifying and managing freelance or contract production resources as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Producer, Showrunner, Executive Producer, or similar role in livestream, broadcast, digital media, podcast, YouTube, or related content production environments.
• Strong interviewing, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to write scripts, host copy, and production‑related content.
• Experience coaching presenters and subject matter experts for on‑camera performance.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and production workflows.
• Familiarity with video production and post‑production processes.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and standard content production tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing content within B2B marketing, lead generation, or demand generation environments.
• Experience building production functions, workflows, or teams from the ground up.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered tools that support scripting, editing, or production efficiency.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $50-55per hour.

This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
