Job summary

Mathys+Potestio is seeking an experienced Showrunner / Senior Producer to lead B2B livestream programming from concept development through post-production. This role serves as the primary owner of the livestream function, guiding creative strategy, storytelling, production execution, and talent coaching.

The ideal candidate combines editorial instincts with hands-on production expertise, creating engaging narrative content for professional audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading livestreams or broadcast content development.
• Strong interviewing, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Proven ability to write scripts and host copy for production.
• Experience coaching on-camera talent and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and workflows independently.
• Familiarity with video production and post-production processes.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and standard production tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of B2B livestreams and related video content.
• Conduct research and interviews to develop compelling narratives.
• Develop scripts, talking points, and voice-over copy.
• Coach on-camera talent including executives and guests.
• Oversee editing, cutdowns, and repurposing for social assets.
• Maintain production calendars, run-of-show docs, and workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotion and audience engagement.
• Scale production by coordinating freelance resources as needed.
