Job summary

Sysco Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Showroom Associate to support daily showroom and stockroom operations, merchandising, stocking, and customer service in a retail warehouse setting.

You will help maintain an organized, customer-focused environment while assisting with inventory flow, order fulfillment, and records management. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential; forklift certification will be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse experience in warehousing, order filling, picking/packing, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of records management and general warehousing practices.
• Material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Job description

Responsible for supporting daily showroom and stockroom operations, including customer support, merchandising and stocking, shipping and receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory control, and records management. Assists in maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused retail environment while supporting inventory flow and overall operational success.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Administrative support, data entry, and inventory transactions (10%)

Education Required

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).

Experience Required

Previous warehouse experience. Knowledge of general warehousing, order filling, picking and packing, inventory control, and records management.

Experience Preferred

Material handling equipment experience. Strong customer service experience. Previous merchandising and inventory management experience. Bilingual.

Licenses/Certifications Required

Ability to obtain certification to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Skills and Abilities

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers, coworkers, and leaders.
