Job summary

AirReps, a division of Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, is seeking a Showroom/Warehouse Manager in Bellevue, WA. Lead warehouse and showroom teams, drive safety, and optimize inventory and showroom operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include forecasting demand, managing stock levels, collaborating across departments, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience at the counter and showroom.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or shipping operations, HVAC aftermarket parts, inventory management, service coordination, supply chain, or related fields.
• 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience overseeing a parts counter, will-call desk, or retail/wholesale showroom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and showroom teams, including associates, drivers, and counter staff.
• Ensure safe, efficient day-to-day warehouse operations and adherence to safety regulations.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory, cycle counts, and replenishment plans.
• Oversee showroom merchandising, pricing accuracy, and counter transactions.
• Collaborate across Sales, Service, Projects, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
