Ashley | The Wellsville Group is hiring a Visual Merchandising Specialist for our Mayfield Heights showroom. The role blends creative display work with hands-on inventory tasks to bring spaces to life.

You’ll build eye-catching setups, organize merchandise, and collaborate with teams across showrooms. The position requires design awareness, reliability, and the ability to travel between locations; physical effort is involved.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Creative eye for design and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain stylish showroom displays and lifestyle setups.
• Accessorize spaces using wall art, rugs, lamps, and home accents.
• Receive, unbox, tag, and organize showroom accessories and merchandise.
• Keep showroom floor, accessory warehouse, and clearance areas tidy and customer-ready.
• Assist with inventory management, product tagging, and replenishment.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse and showroom teams for smooth product movement.
• Handle returned or damaged merchandise efficiently.
