Job summary

RC Willey Reno store is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Display Team. This full-time role supports the Visual Display Manager, maintains showroom displays, and ensures accurate pricing and signage. You will also assist with warehouse organization and inventory processes while lifting items and working at heights.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in teams in a fast-paced setting. Training for scissor lifts may be provided where required.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance with flexibility to meet store needs.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong multitasking skills and an eye for detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Able to stand, walk, climb, and be active for most of the shift.
• Lift and mobilize large items up to 100lbs on your own using proper equipment.
• Up to 200lbs team lifting.
• Comfortable working on a ladder and heights up to 40 feet.
• Willing to be trained to operate a scissor lift for high tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Visual Display Manager in maintaining attractive and organized product displays.
• Daily showroom straightening, adjusting product placement, and ensuring signage and price tags are accurate.
• Work with team to set up new merchandise per directives and timelines.
• Execute rotating displays, gallery arrangements, and seasonal changes.
• Keep showroom free of hazards and displays tidy and maintained.
• Assist in warehouse organization and trash disposal.
• Process new merchandise: uncrating, assembly, inventory updates, tagging.
• Support inventory accuracy by identifying discrepancies.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture and professional relationships.
• Use RC Willey computer systems to research products, manage inventory, and print price tags.
• Assemble products per manufacturer guidelines and retailer rules.
