RC Willey in Reno, NV is seeking a Return to Vendor (RTV) Warehouse Associate to manage the return process for appliances, furniture and electronics. You will assess returned items, verify claims, and request authorizations from vendors.

Maintain an RTV area, schedule returns with couriers, and communicate with vendors to resolve product concerns, while upholding RC Willey’s high standards of service and organization.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must write in a professional business manner with correct grammar, spelling, punctuation.
• Must be motivated and able to work without supervision.
• Familiarity with RC Willey products helpful.
• Must be able to analyze problems, form solutions and make the best decision.
• Knowledge of RC Willey’s computer system preferred.
• Must be organized and professional at all times.
• Must be able to physically move and lift furniture items.
• A criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen will be performed.

Responsibilities
