Job summary

RC Willey is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate in Reno, NV to handle inventory, loading/unloading merchandise, and maintaining an organized workspace at our Reno store. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and upholding RC Willey’s high standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting installers and customers while ensuring accurate processing of credits and invoices. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Work at heights up to 40 feet.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products for contracted installers.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise from their vehicles.
• Load and unload transfer trailers.
• Process credit memos, including writing invoices and locating associated products.
• Maintain daily cleanliness of the warehouse and showroom.
• Partner with the Warehouse Lead to support inventory flow and inventory management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
