Holly Hunt Enterprises, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Sample Librarian to maintain memo samples, manage showroom textiles, and keep the fabric area current. You’ll assist clients and sales staff, support inventory and pricing, and uphold showroom presentation.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in retail/design/showroom, strong communication, multitasking, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years working in a retail, design, or showroom environment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Some lifting (20-50 lbs max).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Fill sample requests and order missing samples for clients.
• Maintain sample room inventory and pricing.
• Maintain fabric area on showroom floor and displays.
• Maintain tear sheet library and showroom materials.
• Answer phones and assist clients and sales staff.
• Shipping/receiving showroom packages.
• Maintain showroom floor appearance and organization.
• Be a team player and acknowledge clients entering showroom.
