Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, on-the-floor support to the sales team during client interactions.
• Run to check stock, pull fabric samples, and build quotes to keep projects moving forward.
• Greet customers, sort their needs, and funnel project-based clients to the right team member.
• Manage inbound text and chat inquiries, assisting current clients with updates and answering questions.
• Handle behind-the-scenes preparation before and after client meetings so the sales team can focus on the relationship.
