Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking a showroom/customer service oriented professional in Logan, UT. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom and handle calls, inquiries, and orders. You will prepare quotes and use our inventory system to manage orders and stock, with opportunities to assist in the warehouse as needed.

Prior sales experience is welcomed, but not required. A strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus; ability to work with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customers visiting the showroom.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls; answer inquiries and process orders.
• Prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products based on architect plans.
• Fill customer orders using the inventory system and maintain inventory control.
• Assist in the warehouse with loading/unloading materials as needed.
