Mor Furniture for Less Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Showroom role to deliver friendly, solution-oriented service and guide customers through products, financing, and design options to complete their space.

You will greet guests professionally, understand needs, and help them explore features, styles, and value options—moving from good to better to best—while meeting personal and team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Communication: read, analyze and interpret documents; respond to inquiries; speak clearly and persuasively.
• Technical skills: ability to use word processing, spreadsheets and database software.
• Problem solving: identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; analyze information; develop alternatives.

Responsabilités

• Learn customer needs and demonstrate furniture features.
• Guide customers through product options and value tiers to help them decide.
• Process sales orders accurately, including financing and related paperwork.
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure floor models are clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Set and work toward personal and team sales goals.
• Coach and support team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform additional duties to support showroom and the team.
