Responsibilities

• Learn customer needs and demonstrate furniture features including how products function and fit into their home.
• Guide customers through product options and value tiers to help confident decisions.
• Process sales orders accurately, including financing and related paperwork.
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure floor models are clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Set and work toward personal and team sales goals.
• Coach and support team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the showroom and the team.
