Fireclay Tile is seeking a Showroom Selling Manager for our Dallas showroom to lead the team towards exceeding sales targets and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Key responsibilities include setting team goals, coaching, managing operations, overseeing P&L, and executing marketing events.

The ideal candidate will have a proven leadership track record in sales and showroom operations. You will engage clients, develop team performance, and enhance brand visibility through strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven leader with experience in managing showcase teams and driving sales.
• Highly analytical and able to evaluate data and forecast trends.
• Technologically fluent with proficiency in CRM tools.
