• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to meet sales and gross profit goals
• Welcome customers and articulate the showroom value proposition
• Leverage technology to guide product selections and review specs, pricing and availability
• Enter sales orders and bids and stay engaged with customers from start to finish
