Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Showroom Salesperson at our Santa Fe, NM location. You will provide expert product selection and design advice to showroom customers, aiming to exceed sales and gross profit goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in customer service or sales (plumbing showroom sales preferred) and knowledge of kitchen/bath design trends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or sales, plumbing showroom sales preferred
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to meet sales and gross profit goals
• Welcome customers warmly and articulate the showroom value proposition
• Direct customers to products that address their needs and move the sale forward
• Use Hajoca technology to review product specs, pricing, and availability
• Enter sales orders and bids and maintain customer engagement from start to finish
• Keep showroom clean, stocked, and safely displayed
• Network with industry associations and stay updated on design trends
