Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or sales, plumbing showroom sales preferred
• Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection and design advice to showroom customers.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals to increase profit sharing.
• Welcome customers and deliver hospitable service.
• Articulate showroom value proposition to engage, teach, and upsell.
• Direct customers to best products to address needs and move sales forward.
• Leverage Hajoca technology to review product specs, pricing, and availability.
• Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases, and stay engaged from start to finish.
