Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Design & Sales Consultant for our Georgetown, DE showroom. You will assist customers with product selection, provide in-home design consultations, and help drive sales of kitchen and bath projects.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of plumbing design and sales experience, familiarity with luxury products, and a strong eye for aesthetics. Excellent customer service and basic architectural reading skills are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales.
• Experience with luxury, high-end products and customers.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends.
• Experience reading architectural blueprints is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design services to showroom customers.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Sell and provide in-store and/or in-home design consultations for kitchens and bathrooms.
• Develop knowledge of product lines and features and leverage technology to guide selections.
