Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up of Grand Rapids is seeking a friendly showroom coordinator to greet visitors, guide them through displays, and act as their main contact from first visit to project completion.

You will coordinate scheduling, assist with design selections, and keep customers informed while maintaining records and showroom presentation. Regular weekday hours with opportunities for growth partner with a local, family-owned business.

Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom visitors and help them explore displays
• Serve as the primary customer communications touchpoint (calls, emails, texts)
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups to keep projects moving
• Assist with design selections and document each choice
• Maintain accurate records and keep the showroom current
