You will greet guests professionally, understand needs, and present solutions across product tiers to close sales. Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents; respond to inquiries or complaints from customers/employees.
• Ability to work with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.

Responsibilities

• Learn customer needs and demonstrate furniture features.
• Guide customers through product options and value tiers.
• Process sales orders accurately, including financing and related paperwork.
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure floor models are clean and presentation-ready.
• Set and work toward personal and team sales goals.
• Coach and support team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the showroom and the team.
