Mor Furniture is seeking a Sales Associate/Showroom Manager who creates welcoming, confident shopping experiences by understanding customer needs and guiding them through products, financing, and design options.

You will demonstrate furniture features, present value tiers, process orders, maintain displays, and work toward personal and team sales goals while coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional service, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn customer needs and demonstrate furniture features, including how products function and fit into their home.
• Guide customers through product options and value tiers to help them make confident decisions.
• Process sales orders accurately, including financing and related paperwork.
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure floor models are clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Set and work toward personal and team sales goals.
• Coach and support team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the showroom and the team.
