Job summary

Mor Furniture is looking for Sales Associates and Showroom Managers who create welcoming experiences and guide customers through products, financing, and design options. You will greet guests professionally, ask questions, recommend solutions, and ensure a great experience from start to finish.

The role requires 8+ hours per day and 40+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays. You will help customers explore features, styles, and value options from good to better to best, while

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and respond to inquiries.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Learn customer needs and demonstrate furniture features.
• Guide customers through product options and value tiers.
• Process sales orders, including financing paperwork.
• Maintain showroom displays and floor model presentation.
• Set and work toward personal and team sales goals.
• Coach and support team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform additional duties to support the showroom and team.
