Mor Furniture in Fresno is seeking friendly Sales Associates and Showroom Managers to create welcoming experiences, guide customers through products, financing, and design options, and ensure a great end-to-end shopping journey.

You will greet guests, ask questions, demonstrate features, maintain showroom displays, meet personal and team sales goals, and collaborate with colleagues. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents; respond to inquiries and present information clearly.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Identify and resolve problems promptly; analyze information and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Learn customer needs and demonstrate furniture features and functions.
• Guide customers through product options and value tiers.
• Process sales orders, including financing and paperwork.
• Maintain showroom displays and floor models; keep them clean and presentation-ready.
• Set and work toward personal and team sales goals.
• Coach and support team members in delivering excellent service.
• Perform additional duties to support the showroom and team.
