Job summary

HArts Design+Build in San Jose is seeking a highly organized, proactive office professional to keep our showroom and projects running smoothly. This in-office role starts at 3 days per week, with potential for full-time.

You will greet clients, manage bids, invoices, photos using JobTread, BuilderTrend or CoConstruct, and streamline office processes. A strong customer-service mindset, detail orientation, and reliable car and CA license are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a busy office environment.
• Proficient with CRM/Project Management software.
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Polished appearance and strong communication.
• Valid CA driver’s license, insurance, and reliable car.
• Self-starter who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Showroom greeter and client information gathering.
• Use JobTread/BuilderTrend/CoConstruct to organize bids, invoices, photos.
• Proactively improve systems to scale the firm.
• Manage Dropbox, binders, and calendars for multiple projects.
• Occasional errands and site visits to maintain momentum.
