This role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial maintenance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license.
• Understanding of safe handling practices for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of showroom, office spaces, and service areas.
• Empty waste receptacles and manage recycling per facility standards.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize restrooms and break rooms.
• Monitor supply levels and inform management when cleaning inventory needs replenishment.
• Handle occasional heavy lifting or furniture moving for dealership events.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly to the facilities lead.
