O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Merchandising Specialist to keep the front showroom stocked, fronted, and clean, while preparing sales materials and greeting customers on the sales floor. Responsibility includes assisting customers with locating merchandise and guiding them to parts specialists as needed.

The role involves price tagging, display updates, weekly inventory support, and occasional cashier duties or deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to clearly read, write, and match numbers and letters from various sources.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work well with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on sales floor and assist with locating merchandise or direct to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep display floor fronted, full, and assist with O’Reilly Image Maker duties daily.
• Update displays per company guidelines, adjust planograms, and update price labels as needed.
• Remove sale materials when promotions end and restore original pricing.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Collaborate with store leadership on weekly inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Occasionally serve as cashier or drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
