Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to keep the front sales floor stocked, displayed, and clean. You will greet customers, assist with locating merchandise, and support merchandising and inventory tasks daily.

Responsibilities include updating planograms, pricing, and sale signage; occasional cashier duties or delivery driving; and collaborating with management on weekly inventory. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to clearly read, write, and match numbers and letters from various sources.
• Basic computer skills.
• Stocking experience preferred.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep display floor fronted, full, and aligned with O’Reilly Image Maker guidelines.
• Update displays, planograms, price labels, and sale signage as needed.
• Remove sale materials after promotion ends and restore pricing.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and Overstock returns.
• Collaborate with management on weekly inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Occasionally act as cashier or drive delivery vehicle when required.
