Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to maintain a clean, stocked front showroom and assist customers on the sales floor. You will help with stock checks, price labeling, display updates, and periodic inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to clearly read, write, and match numbers and letters from various sources.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work well with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on sales floor, assist with locating merchandise or direct to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep displays fronted, full, and align with O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
• Update planograms and price labels; ensure sale signs are in place.
• Remove sale materials when sales end and restore pricing.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Support store weekly inventory and merchandising tasks with management.
• Occasionally cashier or drive a delivery vehicle per business needs.
