Job summary

O'REILLY AUTO PARTS is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to keep the showroom stocked, fronted, and clean while assisting customers on the sales floor. The role includes greeting customers, guiding them to merchandise, and supporting stock and display updates.

Responsibilities include pricing, labeling, and executing planograms, as well as occasional cashier duties or delivery driving when needed. A team-oriented, detail-focused individual is ideal.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to clearly read, write, and match numbers and letters from various sources.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work well with others in a team environment.
• Stocking experience is a plus.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on sales floor, assist with locating merchandise or direct to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep merchandise displayed fronted and full; support O'Reilly Image Maker duties.
• Update displays, planograms, and price labels; ensure sale signs are in place.
• Remove sale materials when sales end; restore original pricing.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Support weekly store inventory and merchandising tasks with the manager.
• Occasionally serve as cashier or drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
