Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a friendly, customer-service oriented Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our McLean, VA store. You will lead a team of 4–5 associates, drive sales, and ensure best-in-class service while upholding Purple’s values.

This role requires a commitment to scheduling flexibility, strong leadership, and the ability to translate product knowledge into customer solutions, supporting store profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in retail management or store leadership.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPIs; implement sales strategies to meet performance metrics.
• Establish clear goals, monitor progress, and track store performance.
• Create optimized store schedules to align staffing with peak times.
• Hire, develop, and coach top talent; foster a positive work environment.
• Lead by example with Purple values and brand standards.
