Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a Showroom Manager to drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and uphold visual and operational standards across the store. You will be accountable for delivering KPIs, coaching associates, and fostering a customer-centric environment.

The role emphasizes talent development, scheduling optimization for peak times, and ensuring excellent product knowledge to meet customer needs. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Ability to drive sales and KPIs through effective leadership and coaching.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing a small store team.
