Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.

This role emphasizes talent development and coaching of team members. As one of the top sellers, you'll lead by example, providing guidance and support to your fellow associates in the sales process.
