Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a friendly, customer-focused store manager to oversee daily operations at our Lone Tree retail location. You will lead a small team of 4–5 associates, drive sales, manage schedules, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding company values.

You will coach staff, maintain visual standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a store manager role.
• Comfort with learning & adapting to new technology.
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Strengths in leadership, management, team building, and problem solving.
