Build and develop a customer-centric sales and service team. Provide leadership to meet sales growth and operational metrics while adhering to company values and policies. Effectively manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Responsibilities:
Employees:
- Hire and manage sales staff
- Support and coach team members on sales, customer service, and showroom procedures
- Collaborate with Business Development Specialists
- Develop proactive sales and business development strategies
- Ensure excellent customer service to maximize retention
- Analyze sales data to drive behaviors and priorities
- Lead onboarding and ongoing staff training
- Participate in local networking events
- Coordinate with marketing for local events
- Support sales activities and customer interactions inside and outside the showroom
Showroom Operations:
- Ensure compliance with policies and maintain a clean, attractive showroom
- Assist with merchandising and inventory management
- Train staff on point-of-sale and operational systems
- Maintain organized showroom areas for safety and efficiency
- Coordinate product resets, build-outs, and installations
- Manage shipping, receiving, and external resources
- Ensure showroom is operational daily
Communication & Reporting:
- Communicate store status and request assistance as needed
- Prepare monthly reports
- Maintain accurate inventory and sales records
Requirements:
- 3+ years retail or showroom management experience, preferably in luxury home furnishings, lighting, or building materials
- Experience in interior design, custom home products, or lighting industry
- College degree required
- Leadership and motivation skills

Compensation Range: $95,000 - $100,000 plus bonus
