Job summary

Lexus of Naperville is seeking a Sales Porter to support the sales team and maintain the showroom and lot. You will help with vehicle displays, prep for deliveries, and keep inventory accurate while delivering friendly service to customers.

This full-time, hourly role offers annual compensation from $32,000 to $35,000, paid weekly, plus benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Prior automotive industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized showroom and lot by regularly washing and detailing vehicles
• Assist with customer vehicle deliveries by retrieving and prepping the vehicles in a timely manner
• Assist with vehicle displays, including rotating and positioning vehicles in the showroom and lot
• Keep track of vehicle inventory and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the sales team
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate salesperson
• Help maintain a positive and professional work environment by following company policies and procedures
